A story of one woman’s journey from grief to hope.
Written and directed by Tian Glasgow, this new performance piece follows one woman’s journey from grief to hope. Incorporating live music and movement with a minimal set, Tomorrow Is Not Promised is a beautiful, engaging story about one woman’s journey from grief to hope.
Following an earthquake, a Black British woman awakes to find herself homeless and alone. Her house is destroyed, leaving only her front door. While deciding whether to rebuild or to start again, she encounters Suzanne who has suffered her own loss. The two embark on a journey to help others in the hope of finding healing for themselves.
A co-production between New Slang Productions, The Lowry and Sustained Theatre Up North.
