My Name Is

A wild and beautiful ride filled with intrigue, mistaken identities, mischief and fragility that might have you questioning your own integrity…

Hello, we are Haste Theatre… probably.

We are going to tell you the absolute best, totally genuine, story you have ever heard – honestly!

Grand Duchess Anastasia Romanov is absolutely shot in a very real basement.

A woman certainly jumps from a very existent bridge… we think a young woman truthfully maybe escapes a gruesome end.

And it’s all completely 100% true.

Promise.

Multi international-award winning Haste Theatre uses genre-blending physical theatre, stunning imagery, movement, song and multiple languages to lead you through their fierce and playful version of a true story that treads the fine line between fact and fiction. Who was the real Anastasia? And in the words of the woman herself, "believe me or don't, what does it matter?"

We are Haste Theatre, telling you the best story you will ever hear. Everything we’re telling you is true. But maybe you don't believe us? Then come and see it yourself - be part of a journey unravelling facts and history.
