A night of live performance, music, poetry and prose celebrating Scottish culture, oor Bard, and his legacy. We’ll be cuttin’ a rug with our ceilidh band and raising a dram or two. So grab a partner and come make some new pals!
We’ll be shouting HWFG fae the get-go, with a line-up so good, you’ll be daein the same.
Yer no hame, so let’s make a new one thegether.
About BOTHY:
Borne oot of a frustration with how Scots voices are represented, and oor language persistently muted, we created BOTHY. A hame away fae hame, and a place in the bright lights of a different city, to call yer ain. We want to build a community of creative pals, below the border. Like Tom Leonard said, ‘All livin language is sacred...”
