Where the Hell is Bernard?

In a world where no one plays, no one questions and on one ever leaves, four women work in a sorting office redistributing possessions of evaporated citizens. Everything runs like clockwork until one day a citizen escapes. Will the officers find him, or something more?

Award-winning Haste Theatre present their newest show Where the Hell is Bernard? – A look into a bleak but possible future.

This is a world where no one plays, no one questions and no one ever leaves - a world run by ‘The Vine’ -an omnipresent, disembodied regime- in which citizens are unceremoniously evaporated when they are deemed no longer useful. Where the Hell is Bernard? follows four women who work in a sorting office redistributing possessions of evaporated citizens.

With filmic influences and original sound by Paul Freeman, Haste Theatre create visually striking theatre combining live song, puppetry, movement and clown. Supported by the Arts Council England.

Once again they do not disappoint... It represents a voice that needs to be heard. Simply stunning” ⭐⭐⭐⭐- London Theatre 1
